What is the True Way?

When we speak of ONE way, what does that mean? Many religions claim to be the one way. In their pride of being the ONLY way, they condemn other religions. However, the one way is not a religion, but rather it is a way to live. Live all of your life honestly and truly. Be fully true to yourself and true to others around us. This is the one and only way. The One Way is not about going to heaven or hell. Rather is is about how we live our life here on this earth.

""Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen." 1 John 4:20"

Love does no ill to his neighbor. Love does what is best for his neighbor.

The actions are not nearly as important as the spirit (desire, intentions, mindset) that is behind the actions.

"....a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24

If someone tries to do "good deeds" just because he is supposed to do it (without his heart be truly in what he is doing) then his good deeds will be perverted.

Generally a "good deed" is not usually simple and easy (otherwise there would be no need for us to help). To accomplish it successfully requires us to truly put ourselves into what we are doing, to think out what needs to be done, to give it our best effort. ... In contrast, when someone is doing something because he feels that he "has to do it" he doesn't put his heart into the work. He will look for the easy ways to "get it done". Consequently the task will be mediocre at best.

Following the "One True Way" is much like that. We do our best at all times, We are continually truthful and honest at all times, both with ourselves and with others. We don't take the easy way out, but instead we do what is right, not what is easy. We live this way, not because we "have to" (or we will go to hell), but rather because we want to. It is our heart's true desire and intention to live like this.
